With Stena Line Freight you can choose from a range of Customer Support Systems (CSS) that let you book space, track units, maintain logs of your transactions, monitor your shipping statistics and electronically receive and process invoices.

Our CSS tools range from an Extranet service (ideal for small to medium sized companies), StenaConnect, a version of our own booking system that is perfect for larger customers holding regular block bookings. If you are a high-volume customer, we can also arrange direct, secure EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions.

The current Stena Line Freight customer support systems are:

Extranet
This is a service that provides you as a registered user with two valuable tools: Internet booking and "Track and Trace". With our Internet booking you can easily reserve space on any Stena Line Freight route, and obtain the booking reference directly on your screen.

StenaConnect
StenaConnect is a version of our own booking system that is customised to your specific needs. Installed in your office, StenaConnect gives you round the clock, online acess to our booking system -letting you reserve space on all Stena Line Freight departures.

EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
EDI securely transfers business documents between the computer system of two different companies. Unlilke the Internet, EDI is a private, secure link.

Shippers' manifest service
The Stena Line Freight shippers' manifest service gives you a handy overview of the status of your shipments. It's a system that sends you an email confirming that your units have left port aboard one of our vessels.

Forwarding
Stena Line Freight in Denmark and in Karlskrona and Gdynia provides a complete forwarding and customs clearance service.

SmartNet mobile services
Be smart - use Stena Line's new Smartnet mobile service to track-n-trace your booked freight units, access all freight timetables, get updated with departure deviation messages as well as office contact information.
